Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of apexadvisory.global, InsightEDGE, APEX Connect, and any APEX Advisory event website or registration flow (collectively, the "Services"), operated by APEX Advisory Services LLC, headquartered at Washington DC, USA. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

This document is a working draft prepared for internal review; please have qualified counsel review it before treating it as final.

1. Description of the Services

The Services include:

• Our public marketing website, describing our advisory practices and industries served.
• InsightEDGE — our research hub, including reports, policy briefs, rankings, newsletters, and a podcast.
• APEX Connect — an approval-gated community for verified professionals, offering a member directory, private messaging, communities, initiatives, knowledge resources, and event access.
• Event microsites and registration flows for APEX-hosted or APEX-affiliated events, such as the APEX Futures Dialogue and APEX House.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

2.1 General site use

You may browse the public website and InsightEDGE without an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

2.2 APEX Connect membership

APEX Connect access is approval-gated. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance — we evaluate applications against community fit and may approve, reject, or request more information at our discretion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

2.3 Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate APEX Connect access for violation of these Terms, our community guidelines, misuse of the directory or messaging features, or any conduct we reasonably believe harms other members or APEX Advisory. We will generally notify you by email when this happens.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, professional affiliation, or purpose for joining APEX Connect.
• Use the member directory, messaging, or community features to send unsolicited commercial solicitations, spam, or scrape member data for purposes unrelated to legitimate networking.
• Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, probe or scan for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Services.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Services except for standard search-engine indexing.
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute InsightEDGE content or gated reports beyond what a reasonable individual license permits, without our written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services and their content — including InsightEDGE research, the APEX Global Economy Rankings™, our trademarks, logos, and site design — are owned by APEX Advisory Services LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your own professional or business purposes. This license does not permit commercial redistribution of our research or resale of gated content without our prior written permission.

Content you post to APEX Connect (profile information, messages, community posts) remains yours, but you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it within the Services as necessary to operate the community.

5. Events and Registration

Event registration through the Services, whether via our built-in APEX Connect flow or an external registration link, is subject to any additional terms, capacity limits, ticket pricing, and cancellation policies stated on the relevant event page. Once an event has concluded, registration is automatically closed and further registration requests cannot be accepted. We reserve the right to change event dates, venues, speakers, or programming, or to cancel an event, and will make reasonable efforts to notify registrants of material changes. Where an event reaches capacity, registrants may be placed on a waitlist and offered a spot if one becomes available. For questions specific to an event, contact events@apexadvisory.global.

6. Payments

Where an event or Service involves a fee, pricing will be disclosed before you complete registration. Unless otherwise stated on the specific event page, fees are non-refundable once paid; requests for exceptions can be directed to events@apexadvisory.global.

7. No Investment or Professional Advice

InsightEDGE content, the APEX Global Economy Rankings™, and general commentary provided through the Services are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Any advisory services we provide are governed by a separate signed engagement agreement between APEX Advisory Services LLC and the client, which takes precedence over these Terms for that engagement.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any research, ranking, or forecast will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, APEX Advisory Services LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold APEX Advisory Services LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice (such as an email to APEX Connect members). Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
